How to Heal through Self-Care
 Wellness Workshop
Saturday, November 15th; 11am
(Visitor Center location: 210 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ)

Learn the restorative benefits of self-massage and reflexology in this workshop, designed to enhance wellness and balance. Facilitated by a licensed massage therapist and certified health coach, this guided hands-on session provides practical tools you can integrate into your self-care journey.  Participants will receive a free reflexology chart. Refreshments will also be served. The cost of this workshop is $25.

Although James Still was born free, he had close family members that were previously enslaved. Join us to strategically assist freedom seekers to Canada through the Freedom board game. ​Mindfulness Session
Sunday, November 16th; 1:00pm

Take a moment to relax and reset with our volunteer, Fran, as she guides us through different exercises to be refreshed for the coming week. This event is free to participate and is held every third Sunday of the month.




Pinelands Preservation Alliance Green Trading Post
Saturday and Sunday, December 6th and 7th; Noon - 4:00pm
(PPA Headquarters, 17 Pemberton Road, Southampton, NJ 08088)

Organized as a traditional holiday bazaar, the Green Trading Post offers merchandise and memberships from local non-profit organizations. This event will also feature local artists and local authors whose work arises from or focuses on the Pine Barrens. Find unique gifts for friends and family this holiday season. Tree Identification Walk

Dr. James Still spent much of his time in nature. Learn how to identify trees along our nature trail with a Brendan T Bryne State Forest naturalist.
