William Still Birthday Month Sale

October 7th is the birthday of the youngest Still brother, William Still, who was later referred to as the "Father of the Underground Rail Road". Learn more about William Still's life and accomplishments as we celebrate his birthday with discounted books and t-shirts.

Reflexology Workshop
Saturday, October 18th; 10:00am

Discover the restorative benefits of reflexology in this workshop, designed to enhance wellness and balance. Participants will be introduced to the principals of reflexology, explore the relationship between reflex points and the body systems, and more, including practice gentle techniques. This guided hands-on session provides practical tools you can integrate into your self-care routine. Participants will also receive a free reflexology chart. The cost of this workshop is $20.

Mindfulness Session

Take a moment to relax and reset with our volunteer, Fran, as she guides us through different exercises to be refreshed for the coming week. This event is free to participate and is held every third Sunday of the month.
Sunday Open Houses
Sunday, October 5th and October 19th; 11:30am - 4:00pm
(Visitor Center location: 210 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ)
Come see our exhibits and learn more about Dr. James Still and the Still Family legacy. Also, stop by our shop to purchase books, cards, mugs, and apparel. All proceeds go towards Center operations and programming. Open houses are held every first and third Sunday of the month.

Tree Identification Walk

Dr. James Still spent much of his time in nature. Learn how to identify trees along our nature trail with a Brendan T Bryne State Forest naturalist.
