How to Heal through Self-Care
Wellness Workshop
Saturday, November 15th; 11am
(Visitor Center location: 210 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ)
Learn the restorative benefits of self-massage and reflexology in this workshop, designed to enhance wellness and balance. This guided hands-on session provides practical tools you can integrate into your self-care journey. Participants will receive a free reflexology chart. Refreshments will also be served. The cost of this workshop is $25.

Family Game Night
Saturday, November 22nd; 6:00pm

Although James Still was born free, he had close family members that were previously enslaved. Join us to strategically assist freedom seekers to Canada through the Freedom board game. Mindfulness Session

Take a moment to relax and reset with our volunteer, Fran, as she guides us through different exercises to be refreshed for the coming week. This event is free to participate and is held every third Sunday of the month.
Sunday Open Houses

Come see our exhibits and learn more about Dr. James Still and the Still Family legacy. Also, stop by our shop to purchase books, cards, mugs, and apparel. All proceeds go towards Center operations and programming. Open houses are held every first and third Sunday of the month.
